This policy explains what personal information the CNCC website collects, why, and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to answer your message, handle a report, or run the administration of this website.

Visitors who only read the public pages do not need to give us any personal information.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, to process reports about children, to administer and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who can see it
Contact messages and reports are visible only to authorized CNCC administrators. Where a report concerns a child at risk, we may share the necessary details with competent government agencies, child-protection services, or law enforcement, as the law and the child's best interests require.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores small items in your browser's local storage: your language preference and, for signed-in staff, a login token. This website embeds Google Maps and Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when those load; see Google's own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for [PERIOD – e.g. 2 years]. Reports are kept for [PERIOD – per CNCC case-record rules]. Staff accounts are kept while the person works with CNCC and then deactivated or deleted.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, the administration area requires authentication, login attempts are rate-limited, and sessions expire automatically. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will act promptly and inform you where required.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we must keep it by law or for child-protection reasons. Contact us at the privacy email above.
9. Children
This website is aimed at the public, partners and professionals. If you are under 18, please ask a parent, guardian or trusted adult to help you before sending personal information. To report a child at risk, you may also contact local authorities directly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

៤. អ្នកណាអាចមើលឃើញ
សារទំនាក់ទំនង និងរបាយការណ៍ អាចមើលឃើញតែដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង ក.ស.ក.ក. ដែលមានការអនុញ្ញាតប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ប្រសិនបើរបាយការណ៍ទាក់ទងនឹងកុមារដែលមានហានិភ័យ យើងអាចចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានចាំបាច់ជាមួយស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ សេវាការពារកុមារ ឬអាជ្ញាធរអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ដូចដែលច្បាប់ និងផលប្រយោជន៍ល្អបំផុតរបស់កុមារតម្រូវ។
៥. ខូគី និងការផ្ទុកក្នុងកម្មវិធីរុករក
គេហទំព័រនេះមិនប្រើខូគីផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬតាមដានទេ។ វារក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យតូចៗក្នុងកម្មវិធីរុករករបស់អ្នក៖ ភាសាដែលអ្នកចូលចិត្ត និងសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកដែលបានចូលប្រព័ន្ធ គឺសញ្ញាសម្គាល់ចូលប្រើ។ គេហទំព័រនេះបង្កប់ Google Maps និង Google Fonts ដូច្នេះ Google អាចទទួលបានអាសយដ្ឋាន IP របស់អ្នកនៅពេលវាផ្ទុក សូមមើលគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពរបស់ Google។
៦. រយៈពេលរក្សាទុក
សារទំនាក់ទំនងត្រូវបានរក្សាទុក [រយៈពេល – ឧ. ២ ឆ្នាំ]។ របាយការណ៍ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុក [រយៈពេល – តាមវិធានកំណត់ត្រាករណីរបស់ ក.ស.ក.ក.]។ គណនីបុគ្គលិកត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកអំឡុងពេលបុគ្គលនោះធ្វើការជាមួយ ក.ស.ក.ក. បន្ទាប់មកបិទ ឬលុប។
៧. សុវត្ថិភាព
ពាក្យសម្ងាត់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកក្នុងទម្រង់អ៊ិនគ្រីប ផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងតម្រូវឱ្យមានការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ការព្យាយាមចូលប្រព័ន្ធត្រូវបានកម្រិត និងសម័យចូលប្រើផុតកំណត់ដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ។ គ្មានប្រព័ន្ធណាមានសុវត្ថិភាពទាំងស្រុងទេ។ ប្រសិនបើយើងដឹងអំពីការលេចធ្លាយទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នក យើងនឹងចាត់វិធានការភ្លាមៗ និងជូនដំណឹងអ្នកតាមការតម្រូវ។

គេហទំព័រនេះសម្រាប់សាធារណជន ដៃគូ និងអ្នកជំនាញ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ សូមសុំឱ្យឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល ឬមនុស្សធំដែលអ្នកទុកចិត្តជួយ មុនពេលផ្ញើព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។ ដើម្បីរាយការណ៍អំពីកុមារដែលមានហានិភ័យ អ្នកក៏អាចទាក់ទងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានដោយផ្ទាល់ផងដែរ។
១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរគោលការណ៍នេះ
