Roles and Responsibilities of CNCC 

The roles and responsibilities of CNCC are to consult and facilitate all activities related to children; monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child; develop policies, action plans and programs for children; engage in monitoring and providing comment on the draft laws and legal instruments related to children; disseminate laws, Convention on the Rights of the Child, policies, instruments; encourage the supporting movement for implementing effectively the rights of the child; linkage with national and international communities in order to seek fund and exchange information , experiences and progressive vision on improvement of children situation; conduct researches and report the needs and issues related to children to RGC; check and approve the regulation of CNCC; and report on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child to UN.
